HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES (HCDI)

Establishing functional book clubs in various centres or institutions.

To organise at least a major debate competition in an higher institution (University of Ibadan and Polytechnic of Ibadan)

Start a mentoring class with public secondary school students in Oyo State, this will be in collaboration with the Guidance and Counselling department of each school

Create and establish LIGHT YOUR WORLD SUMMIT in various schools

Produce a quarterly LIGHT YOUR WORLD Newsletter

Create a highly comprehensive e-library with well over 500 books that that will be circulated and given to those who finish from Higher Institution

CULTURAL INTEGRATION AND PEACE ADVOCACY INITITIAVES (CIPI)

Promote inter-cultural programmes, contests and initiatives that drive towards common unity and goals especially among Nigerian Youths.

Partner with Champions of the Society in ensuring the sustainability of NATIONAL TOLERANCE ACADEMY where different youths from different cultures are groomed together in an academy and they learn to tolerate and live harmoniously together.

Conduct seminars and trainings on Dialogue, Cultural Integration and Globalisation

POVERTY ERADICATION  AND ENTERPRENEURAL INITIATIVES (PEEI)

We strongly believe that poverty starts from the mind hence; we will empower the minds of youths training them how to win over poverty starting from their minds.

Empower them with the eBook software which will enable them to work satisfactorily on any chosen field they assume to work.

Attach and provide training for unemployed youths connecting them to leaders and mentors who will inspire, train and lead them to building success in their enterprise.

GOOD GOVERNANCE INITIATIVES (GGI)

In this department, we ensure grassroots practice of democracy from secondary schools, we will promote and advance democratic systems on leadership that is sustainable and replicable

We will wage war against corruption by promoting human rights campaigns

LIGHT A CANDLE PROJECT

This is a special Youth Development Project aimed at Helping youths reorient their minds, empowering them with knowledge and raising anti violence campaign.

It is aimed at producing a new set of youth after the training and exposure to be responsible citizens taking responsibility to transforming their nation.

It is a national project taken in different parts of the nation with specific solutions for specific location’s challenges. There is also a national summit where different youths in different communities now come together to share how they are solving their communities problem.
